To reach support about payments, password and login issues, or your panel account please email membersupport@cint.com.

To remove yourself from the panel, you can always click opt-out on any email you receive from us, or email info@immersivecamp.com and ask to be removed.

Cint is our 3rd party provider that handles our panel processing, and all payouts for us.
To solve your issue quickly, we also recommend you refer to their Frequently Asked Questions. They have been created to help you find your answers in the immediate versus waiting for a reply which can often take a few days.
